Just rewatched it and I'm pretty sure all of the lines are:

"The world is changing, reforming. This is your moment."
"How can this man, he saw so much, be so blind?"
"The force from which the sun draws its power has been loose."
"You gave them the power to destroy themselves."
"He may be the most important man who ever lived."
"The man who moved the Earth."

Also, I knew the first notes of the music sounded a little familiar and it's because they're reminiscent of the beginning of THE PROTAGONIST from Tenet. And the sound design accompanying the flames sound like the shots of the CGI buildings collapsing in TDKR teaser.
Not sure if this has been said here, but the person saying the third line is
Mr. Oldman
and confirms that he is playing
Mr. Truman
.

Yes, Insomniac had posted this link:

But he thought it was Robert Downey Jr.. I'm glad to know who Gary Oldman is really playing now.

We knew he only had one scene and this tweet implied he was playing one of the two american presidents involved in the story.

Now, we know which. That voice sounded just like his too.

Oh, wait. One of the three as there's that scene with the president Lyndon B. Johnson and first lady Lady Bird Johnson lookalikes too.

If anyone can DM the trailer I'd appreciate it. All I remember is Cillian putting on the porkpie hat.

I know this has already been talked about, but I've seen the bootleg and the actual footage in front of Nope, and my ears hear: "How can a man be so smart, be so blind?"
It feels like that blue, gold, white black dress situation...

This teaser is probably exclusive to theatres and we may never find out what exactly the real words were. It remains open to interpretation and debate by the intellectual few.
