So many things wrong with all of this.

Last time I checked I ONLY really defended their policy against sharing games. Everything else I even admitted that they took it all to another level of aggressiveness.

Just to spoon feed you, maybe because I am that "king of rationale" I can look at things from other perspective than just the consumer's?!?! I dunno. Just sayin' since you said I don't look at things from different perspectives, yet you're the one who proves me exactly that by not being able to not look at this only through the consumer's eyes.

Why not? I've played every Call of Duty before it... love the series

Good for you, I can't wait for Bf4(I got every battlefield that was available on console at launch and this looks the best)

See, that's the problem. Why would anyone be right than yourself. Is there a scenario where you half-admit at least some portion of a different POV? Or does it always have to be carefully dissected and negated quote?
You talk about ''consumers'', I talk about ''gamers'' and yet we both live in countries that are marginal on Microsoft's plate. Chances are, you are defending policies that won't get to you for the next two (or more) years, if then.
You are defending game sharing restrictions and I just gave my Blu-ray to a friend, another one got GRRM, in return I have Springsteen in my car, etc. etc. Games are no better than CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays or books and you are defending a company that wants to change that, why exactly, because it could change the future? Well, it already started, PS4 pre-orders skyrocketed.
The Last of Us is a masterpiece.

So far I'm loving it but I'll wait and see if it truly is a masterpiece. I am much more engaged than the Uncharted games though.
I find it quite fascinating that the last couple of "masterpieces" in gaming have essentially been escort missions in some form or another, a game type that is usually quite despised. The Last of Us, Bioshock Infinite and The Walking Dead.
The idea of a console "war" is kinda silly. In retrospect the last one wasn't really a war. Some people bought 360s and some people bought PS3s. This time around some people are gonna buy XBox1s and some PS4s. Where is the actual war aspect coming into play? Internet arguments?

Wait,
Bioshock Infinite was escort mission? Way to describe it.

Like I said, in some form or another. "Bring us the girl and wipe away the debt", you remember? And yes, there are much more to the games than just escorting.

Agreed, but the multiplayer is (unsurprisingly) shit.
