Yeah Anima (the short film) is my favorite movie I’ve seen this year. It’s fucking amazing. And the album....well, fucking incredible is all I have to say right now.

The final segment of the short film is easily one of the most gorgeous things I've seen all year.
Is Dawn Chorus the best solo track that Yorke has ever made?
It’s in the running for one of my favorite Yorke songs AND Radiohead songs... shit is otherworldlyJoshua Strong wrote: ↑June 28th, 2019, 5:57 pmIs Dawn Chorus the best solo track that Yorke has ever made?

Loving Anima more than any Thom Yorke solo album, Dawn Chorus goes without saying but Twist and The Axe are other favourites for me.
I must confess to not watching the film yet but intend to soon, although the album is an object of beauty and can't wait to give it a spin on my Rega Planar RP3 as soon as it arrives on my doorstep.
It sounds great on the headphones on my phone but hearing it through proper speakers should be a real treat.

Anima was rad.
