It surely makes more business sense to do exclusivity deals with Microsoft and Sony - when you're making a sequel to one the greatest games of all times surely you just build it any they will come. Both companies will have shelled out a truckload to R* as investment because truckloads of people are going to buy a console for this.

And then let's go round again in 18 months time or so for a PC version.

Rockstar got gold in their pockets and it shows. Very nice.
