Frostbite probably has the best lightning of all engines right now. My favorite along with Unreal 4.

Frostbite's lightning is unmatched ever since Battlefield 3 came out. Especially when you consider how well optimized the engine is. You get this kind of lightning for almost no performance cost? Wheewww.

Before Battlefront frostbite had issues with foliage compared to Unreal engines. Now I'm not sure what to say. The Endor map is on a whole other level when it comes to foliage. However, it's also the art-design which can make foliage look better than it actually is. Unreal's foliage is just so epic. Then again, it comes at a cost.

I also think Unreal does better with physics, much better in that sense... but Battlefront and Mirror's Edge could prove that Frostbite actually can make use of great physics.

Anyone else manage to get into the alpha? Pretty fun so far.
