Now I checked the license plate of the Land Rover and it is registered!
That means that there is pretty much no way that this car is in the film (at least that's how it's done here in Germany)
So this could mean that the set picture was taken during rehearsal or that some kind of rig was on the Land Rover. That however is kind of unlikely because it would be kind of overkill for the scene and I only see the big Mercedes with camera rigs attatched.
So most likely just rehearsal with a wardrobe change afterwards.
