Do people in Non-English speaking countries ever get the option to see Hollywood films with English subtitles? Or is it always dubbing?
In France unfortunately we have very few screenings with subtitles.
Depends on your location. In big cities like Paris, Lyon, Toulouse you can find some subbed screenings quite easily. In smaller cities it is almost impossible, every screening is dubbed.

When I lived in Arras (Pas-de-Calais) for 4 months I managed to find some subtitle screenings. They were in the minority.
In Quebec it's about 50/50.
