Some one on Reddit mentioned that this shot was taken in Tallinn and guess what’s right next to it:

That shot made me smile. I was in Tallinn on vacations right in the time of the shooting, but one year too early. I arrived in a cruise ship just like that, in that same place.
Visiting Tallinn is definitely on my bucket-list. It’s going to be a hot attraction once this pandemic is over.

Can someone possibly reverse the action part with Washington fighting the guy in gear? The choreography looks amazing.
