While watching the trailer, this scene caught my attention when Clémence Poésy says to JDW, "As I understand it, we are trying to prevent world war 3". Besides her, there was a rotary dial telephone. I mean this type of telephone set is not used anymore. Does this mean that the scene was from a past timeline? maybe a recent past?

So 24 hours after release the trailer is at 5,6 million views.
Don't know if thats good or bad. Anyway I predict aprox. 15-20 million views till the movie release.

So where can I find the highest resolution of the trailer?

I reckon there's no 4K link available (yet), I thought apple trailers would have it in 1080p?

Very very ambitious from nolan..you have to have the right mind and an complex higher IQ for this ..remember here nolan is both director and the screenwriter (no brother involved)
