What does JDW mean when he says "They're just the cheap seats"? I can't remember if this is the exact quote or not but you get the point.
The dialogue is roughly the following:
- Are there more [bombs]?
- [Yes, they are] covering their tracks.
- Taking out the audience?
- They're just the cheap seats.

As I previously pointed out, this signals to things:
1. The bombs are planted next to the cheap seats in the auditorium, so that we - as viewers - feel that whoever is orchestrating this fake terrorist attack don't care about innocent victims. They are willing to kill "everyone" to cover up their tracks, as the cheaps seats are taken up by those who can't afford more expensive ones, so they are really just your average people.
2. This fact also makes it easier for JDW and crew to retrieve the bombs because JDW tells them they have to look for the cheap seats - and this is exactly what they do afterwards.

Ahh ok, thanks for the explanation.

The best one out there right now is the 3rd version, it starts with the opera house scene.
I’m pretty sure there will never be a good quality 1080p version ever until the movie releases.

Anyone who understand the prologue can explain the reason
why JDW and his colleauge (fake vip) go back to the van??...isnt that a stupid idea??

I just dont get it..that scene seems off to me

Why don't they (jdw&fake vip) just follow the other 3 member or just run away after securing that bomb??

Do JDW and his co (fake vip) just want to troll the ukraine or what??

I think they are just trying to buy their colleagues some time to escape. And going back to the van might throw them off or something.

A couple more observations/theories after watching the prologue again...
JDW gets hit in the shoulder by the backwards bullet. I still can't figure out what the benefit of reversing time is there, rather than just running up behind and shooting the bad guy normally. I'm guessing we might revisit that moment later in the movie, from that person's perspective. I do kind of wish JDW saw him reversing down the stairs instead of running down normally after that.

I finally heard JDW say "I'll take the help" after that encounter. It's the weirdest thing, sort of like the Yanny/Laurel thing but without the frequency science. What I normally hear is two words said out-of-breathe, sounding sort of like "Arthur Bailey", but he actually says "I'll take the help" very matter of fact and composed. I still have to concentrate and replay it a couple time to hear correctly.

Also finally remembered what I know the VIP actor from, "Taboo" with Tom Hardy. Jefferson Hall, still not listed on IMDB for some reason.

I was thinking the wind turbine could be some sort of secret base underneath, but I'm starting to wonder if it might just be part of the test JDW has to pass. They leave him there, with a cot/supplies, and he has to reverse time to get off it by bringing the boat back.

Debicki is Branagh's wife/girlfriend, she's uneasy about what he's doing, JDW goes undercover working as her chauffeur, and gets her to help bring Branagh down, Branagh discovers this betrayal and takes her hostage, using her as leverage over JDW's team.

I haven't kept up in this thread, so I have to ask shamefully... Has anyone wondered if:
The prologue is the beginning of the film but also the ending set piece? It is both the first act opening and the third act finale.
The movie is actually the same story told twice, but it moves forward an hour, hits a convergence point, then moves backwards an hour, giving us a two-hour movie but only a one-hour story.
Or am I insane?

Could be possible, since a lot of people are speculating this movie is a palindrome.
