I wish they would release the real prologue.
Prologue
I've made my position known: that particular moment was better initially; but, the proper movie prologue overall fucks. The initial one is cut up to the point where shit absolutely doesn't make sense spatially.Nicolaslabra wrote: ↑December 12th, 2020, 6:16 pmi feel you, i too miss the propper "gun to the back of JDW`s head cut"

We theorized, we rationalized, we put the debate in a boat, and set it ablaze at sea...KEM wrote: ↑December 13th, 2020, 12:17 amYep, you and I have literally beaten that dead horse like crazy lolA Borges man wrote: ↑December 13th, 2020, 12:04 amI've made my position known: that particular moment was better initially; but, the proper movie prologue overall fucks. This prologue fucks!
yes i also agree, that one cut its just a nit pick, this opening feels like the correct one, and its great to watch it finally with the correct contrast and colors, and not off a fucking cellphone (and i love me some nolan bootlegs, but its been a year ffs haha)
It only feels awkward because we’re used to the bootleg lol.
Am I right to notice that the cue that plays during the sizzle-reel at the end of the "real" prologue isn't in any song of the official soundtrack?
I think the closest thing is "Rainy Night in Tallinn" from 2:50 onwards but that is "too much" compared to the prologue version.
The film version of that part of RNIT is also different from the album version.
