Very cool. I've been trying to come up with something simple but interesting with the original Tenet logo. First I made this one to emphasize the palindrome/spinning logo marketing:

Then I've been trying to do something with the emphasis on it being like a clock (hence the 3 o'clock nature of the colored portion) as well as the red/blue chambers as seen in trailers:

But I can't quite crack it. Maybe someone else has a better concept?
