Are you referring to the prologue opera scene? That does take place in Kiev, but was filmed in Tallinn.
There are other scenes that were filmed in Tallinn, that also take place in Tallinn within the movie. There are certain vehicles we've seen in trailers with Estonian logos/writing or license plates

Musically and creatively Ludwig is far superior, I love Hans, he’s amazing, but Ludwig is just on another level.
