About last video:
Already in the first video in which we could see the cars moving backwards (the one in which the helicopter seemed to be rolling) the harmony with which they were moving backwards was suspicious. It didn't look like an "all to their positions, let's do another shot!
In this video you can see perfectly how both cars are perfectly in time to complete the background of the scene. The first is in the shot (the shot they are recording, not the Twitter video) while the unknown character walks towards the car and the second appears in the shot when the character moves away from the car. These would be the "dead parts" of the scene, while what the character does on the floor and the explosion would be the high parts. So it is in these "dead moments" that Nolan gives life to the shot by filling the background.
It makes a lot of sense with the title of the film that there is a road and a bridge where cars run in both directions. From above, from the helicopter, we see a "+" (the avenue in vertical and the bridge in horizontal) passable from top to bottom, from bottom to top, from left to right and from right to left, as here:
This theory occurred to me with the first video, but now that it seems to be confirmed that the cars are really going backwards it may not be so far-fetched. In short, it may be the same in this film to go forwards or backwards, but it doesn't have to be time related. Let's remember, "something innovative".

If this all ends having nothing to do with time travel, then that's a good idea for script I'd want to write—positional time travel. That's novel. There are so many interesting interactions you can have, especially if characters succumb to it, affecting their interrelation with other unaffected characters.
