Man, Martin Donovan was in Insomnia 17 years ago and hasn't worked with Nolan since. He must've left a positive impression on Nolan for him to remember him and want to work with him again. What a nice surprise. Reminds me of Thomas Lennon in TDKR.

I hope he'll reunite with Pacino again

First time we hear a character name attached to a role. This cast is getting quite large. It seems odd to cast a role this late into filming.

I didn't know he was already shooting something else, so yes maybe.

Is Martin Donovan really confirmed for this? He's on the cast on both IMDb and Wikipedia.
