Starting to put tickets on sale is a good sign.

I think best decision now would be to release the film internationally on August 12th.

Approximately yes. Perfect length for a spy/action movie.

I think it's two minutes longer than Spectre (148) which is the longest Bond Film (Casino and Skyfall are around 143 minutes). This is basically the same length as Inception (148) and TDK (152).
Also North by Northwest is 135 minutes.

You’re lucky in Adelaide. Melbourne is in a complete lockdown past the Tenet release date and looks like Sydney will be in a lockdown soon too 😭
