While Robert Pattinson brings a lot of fans, he's not a movie star yet. Let's talk after next year but I wouldn't be upset if they start promoting him in the ads but I hope that doesn't come at the expense of John David Washington.

I just want to say fuck Jeremy Conrad.

On another note, I really need to know what Nolan was watching while he was writing and working on this, so I can plan out my Tenet Film Festival. Before every new Nolan movie, I rewatch all of his films and I watch the films he was inspired by for the new movie and movies that have a similar vibe.

So far for Tenet, I have Mission: Impossible, MI: Fallout, The Matrix, BlacKKKlansman, and Casino Royale.

while doing the 2001 restoration/publicity he mentioned he was writing "something" (now we know it's Tenet) and that it was affecting how he wrote. I'd have to go back and find it but basically he talked about how the power of Kubrick's visual image was intimidating.

So with the trailer coming out tomorrow, the ReelBlend podcast makes sense.
They just announced it's with Chazelle.
Disappointing but Chazelle is terrific and I'm certainly looking forward to this.

Here's my situation... My birthday is July 18, and I've been intending on going with my Uni mates to see this movie for that occasion. It will be very special birthday gift if this ends up being the first movie I get to see in months, however the other part of me wants to enjoy this movie without worrying about being socially distant and would rather have the movie pushed back. If I was to go along with mates, what will seating arrangements be like? Just so many questions.
