F&F has become a multi-billion dollar franchise. No surprise that WB wants the teaser to be seen by as many people as possible.

So WB chose dumbest movie of the year to promote smartest movie of the next year. Brilliant tactic of the marketing team to chose the right audience :D
Dumbest? it will be the only non-Disney non-CB 1 billion movie of the year!!?

C'mon, you knew what I mean... It's just pure entertainment popcorn action movie without depth. You don't need IQ higher than 30 to understand what happen on the screen. The box office have nothing to do with it.

You just described every movie in 2019, haha.

The teaser has to be shown with something. They weren't going to attach it to Aladdin.

As in, it will suck our minds out of our heads and bomb all the other movies in the box office?

Yeah the Fast and Furious movies are great and are everything a franchise should strive to be. They’re insanely diverse, have extreme international appeal and it’s littered with big stars, Hobbs And Shaw added a few more to the fold. They know exactly what they are and don’t try to be anything else. It’s cool how a rip off of Point Break was re-engineered into this massive action franchise.

Having the Tenet teaser in front of it, is certainly a smart business decision because the same people who see H&S will be seeing Tenet.

Why would he be? Per Warner Bros' press release, the film is 'an action epic evolving from the world of international espionage.'

Not that you'd get that from the teaser, true, but by the time the last trailer is released there'll be people who will be seeing both.

You can’t be this dense?

The same people who flocked out to go see a summer action film, will flock out to see another summer action film.
