Yes, there have news that compromise is set, but now it seems, what i checked some minutes ago what they discussed with Nolan team and Nolan team is not signed and accepted.https://www.ohtuleht.ee/966907/allfilm- ... imargi-all
Allfilm as Estonian partner said that they have agreement with city, but mayor of Tallinn said that there have no signed contract yet.And Kõlvart said that this is best and last offer. But there have questions actually existed like Kõlvart said that they will get all nights and both days of weekend .This compromise does not mention nights in any condition - yes or no.And mayor of Tallinn said even that this is just fake and unconfirmed announcement, what Allfilm is posting on their Facebook.Because Nolan team is not signed.

I will confirm that this is what was in the news some hours ago, but now all this information were cleaned from online news.Mayor of Tallinn said that it was Allfilm´s pushing, what Nolan´s team and Tallinn is not accepted. So it seems like there have no signed deal and Allfilm just pressing that city and Nolan´s team to concensus.
