So from the tv spots it looks like
no mask is needed to go in reverse
What do you mean?

A lot of people have speculated that you need the gas masks so you can breathe when time is reversing. That's what he means you don't need a gas mask. But I'm not sure if he is reversing time or if the gun is only reversing. In the prologue, time was moving forwards but the gun shot was reversed.

maybe
objects can be swtiched to flow backwards in time, regardless of who the operator is, if a gun goes through one of the machines and the person doesnt, maybe is that way a gun becomes a "catcher" and not a "shooter"

while doing the 2001 restoration/publicity he mentioned he was writing "something" (now we know it's Tenet) and that it was affecting how he wrote. I'd have to go back and find it but basically he talked about how the power of Kubrick's visual image was intimidating.
Interesting. Now I have to do some research. Thanks for this.

I will always refer to the film as TENƎꓕ. Nothing will change that.

I suppose the publisher has Warner/Nolan's permission?

Ugh if there is some short of promo coming soon, I will miss the interviews with the whole team. Zoom doesn't count.
Of course the publisher has permission. Otherwise, WB would sue the hell out of Mottram - whose book on Memento I am reading right now.

It looks... wrong now. Like I’m looking at it naked.
