The new Inception re-release footage will be 4 minutes long - https://es.ign.com/tenet/165301/news/el ... cine-yelmo
Unlike the Spanish sources that claim that this will be a 4 minute long preview + 30 seconds of intro by Nolan to be relased on July 31st, ( http://www.sensacine.com/noticias/cine/ ... -18583419/ )

The French say that the Inception re-release will have a message from Christopher Nolan and 5 minutes of exclusive footage. The French source also claims the re-release of Inception is starting on July 29th!

I was wondering about France, thanks so much for finding that!

Yeah US is getting it for sure given they are the ones who announced and Empire Cinemas in the UK mention footage in their listing so looks like we're also getting it.

Ya. It would have to be somewhere in the US.
It's on Cinemark's website, another big US chain.

Indeed! https://www.empirecinemas.co.uk/synopsi ... sary/f7107
They are the first cinema company website to actually mention the footage!

So, who in France or Belgium on July 29th wants to...you know...do the thing :ninja: for the good of :gonf:

Dead silence from local theaters about the re-release. I’d rather skip than see a bootleg.

Come on, bootlegs of Nolan trailers/footage are tradition at this point

Though actually this brings up a good question - what is that footage gonna be? Surely not an extended clip like the prologue again? Perhaps another (Nolan-driven creatively) trailer like the Interstellar one?

They are re-releasing Inception here in Hungary on July 30 - I really want to know whether we'll get the Tenet (and Dune?) footage with it or not. A journalist familiar with the matter said on twitter he can't reveal anything regarding this, which is a perplexing answer, making me suspicious that maybe, maybe this time we could get one of the special trailers made for the US and bigger international audiences...

Rereleasing Inception seems like a wasted opportunity. If you are going to have people going to theatres to see a movie, why not just show them Tenet? As far as I know the movie is ready.
