Wow, that's crazy! At this point though, I would take a Best Director for Nolan over the Best Picture if the academy splits it...Nolan is overdue. :gonf:

Neither Gravity or The Social Network won Best Picture though

Dunkirk will walk in as the front runner and probably lose to some small drama film

Gravity on Best Director though.
I'd settle for Nolan winning Best Director for Dunkirk, and losing Best Pic tbh.

Yeh i think Best Director is more likely

Not really seeing anyone beating him this race. Maybe Spielberg if his film gets similar reception

Pretty sure Del Toro and PTAs films will be way too jarring for the Academy to award them
