I don't watch old cop dramas. I watched them a long time ago.

Go see Casino Royale, right now. Close your computer, and do it.

Amazon has the ebook available immediately but the paperback says "Usually ships in 2-4 weeks."

Those two-star reviews, tho...

An excerpt: "It was amazing, with the two Spitfires how one ran out of fuel and the other one flew for at least four more hours. If you remember, when he landed on the beach is was dusk. "

The Kindle version is right there (for countries that can use the amazon.com US site):

https://www.amazon.com/Dunkirk-Christop ... 073VNL1F2/

Amazon does not sell PDF's or epubs or any kind of unprotected ebook file unless the author/publisher requests their ebook be sold without DRM (Digital Rights Management). Like Nook (Barnes & Noble) and Kobobooks, what you get is an encrypted ebook which will only be readable on the company's own reader devices and apps that are registered to the account that owns the book. Amazon US also offers a Kindle Cloud reader where you can sign into your account and read your Amazon ebooks online (useful if you are on a temporary or shared computer).

Note - it you really cannot see it or buy it, you may need to have an Amazon account with a valid payment method and may need to have registered at least one Amazon Kindle/Fire or free reader app to be able to buy their ebooks. Or you may not be in a country that can use amazon.com.

Here is info on their free reading apps:

Also, you MUST be buying from an Amazon site your country is allowed to use. Scroll down this page to the start of the countries list:
