I dont think it is 113 minutes. it is confirmed to be 107 minutes with the end credits.HorrorBiz wrote:The AFI Silver Theatre is going to be screening it in 70mm and has the run time at 113 minutes. Any possibility that 107 minutes is without credits?

and I'm assuming 70-80% of it is in 15/70, that's another reason for having a shorter length than his other moviesThe Special One wrote:I'm assuming 100 minutes of the actual film itself and 6 minutes and 27 seconds of end credits.

I'd be fine with a 90 minute-long film because that's good enough for most films. Nolan's recent films have tended to be longer but to their detriment sometimes so a shorter film is actually not a bad idea.
From the projectionist letter SydneyBlue120d posted in the IMAX thread, since I know you're all itching to know the runtime down to the exact second:
Feature Run Time: 01:46:28
Credit Start Time: 01:39:09
Crawl Start Time: 01:40:54
Does crawl start time refer to when the credits start rolling, as in after each of the top people involved have been listed individually?

I watched Dunkirk this afternoon and it started at 4:50 and I left the cinema when it ended at 6:30.
On google and Wikipedia it says the movie goes for 2 hours. I’m wondering if anyone knows anything about this.
Thanks

It's 107 minutes. Probably about 7 minutes of credits. That's what explains your 100 minutes of viewing pleasure.SomeOrangeJuice wrote:I watched Dunkirk this afternoon and it started at 4:50 and I left the cinema when it ended at 6:30.
