to me the ticking sound indicates it's a Inception spin off! The teaser & poster use the same font as Inception's trailer's and teaser used.

Umm... no. There was no such ticking sound in Inception; the ticking sound in Dunkirk is almost like a heart beat. Inception was Gotham, TDK was Franklin Gothic (with Helvetica in some versions), this is Akzidenz-Grotesk? Was also used on Nocturnal Animals.
