Wikipedia page is again updated to $150 millions following 3 sources including one from boxofficemojo. Is this budget thing always so equivocal?

No, because normally studios report their production budgets. WB did not.

Maybe $150 million is after marketing.

Those three "sources" are old articles/pages that were written before the new, correct budget came to light.

Do you all think Nolan could get more money for making another WWII or even WWI set film after having made this? While I'm very happy he got that much money to work with, I figure he can ask for more next time no?

Fingers crossed he'll tap into WWI territory soon, can't wait to see what part of the war he'd adapt and how he'd do it.

edit: lol I know he'd do as much for real as possible but still, different kind of warfare

Nolan's budgets is whatever he wants them to be

He's a businessman. He knows how much a movie should cost to be successful.

Also, it was Nolan's idea to release it in the summer and not to make it R.

I'm still very impressed that he managed to make this movie with $100M. I expected a much bigger budget.
