Where did 'Dawcett' come from??
Possibly @StylesMovienews via the French dubber:
May 29: NEW: I seem to have found confirmation that Mark Rylance's character will be called Dawcett. He will be dubbed in France by Gabriel Le Doze

She does not give her sources. However, the fact that she knows the name of the guy dubbing him in French implies he (or someone who knew the dubber's name) may have been her source.

Yeah, but what I'm curious about is where the false 'Dawcett' came from.

There wasn't any such false info for any of the other cast.

I would not call the people dubbing the film in France a dubious source. Seems like a good source. Obviously a misinformed source.
