No he doesn't. He was posting similar stuff for Twin Peaks (like random stills of Lynch supossedly from the set) but he's proven to be a fraud. It's possible that he has inside info but he's not involved directly with the production.

He likes to take a photo of a photo/still on a screen/monitor, and then filter it so it get's an "authentic" look

Clearly if he was involved he could and likely would be fired for posting such photos. Never thought the photos were from him, but the question is whether or not the information is accurate.
