No. No, I translated a message from my five-dimensional self that said "I have seen the infinite possibilities of Nolan's movies being released on Blu-Ray, Green-Ray (that's the next step up after Blu-Ray, in the near future) and DVD, and none of them had a director's cut. Not going to happen. I hope you are all enjoying Interstellar as much as I am!
Just thought I would open a thread detailing the possibility of Chris releasing a Directors Cut version.
I first noticed it in Esquires article which is based on the Interstellar: Beyond Time and Space making of book.
"In fact, it has been assembled and ready since last May, half a year before the film's release. No word on a release date, yet, of course, but it's definitely out there, somewhere in the infinite vastness of space and time." from http://www.esquire.com/blogs/culture/in ... click=feed
So let me know your thoughts if it's possible that this may be happening! If so, what would you like to see?

OK, I'm not saying I think that there is/will be a director's cut, but whaddya make of this?

It just means they shot a lot of footage. Various set-ups and takes and mistakes and alternates and tests etc. Not that there was a significantly longer movie that they cut right down.
