This scene gets my vote. It is such a wonderful homage to 2001, but is also a spiritual successor to it. I loved this entire sequence.

The jump cut transition scene - Coop leaving Murph and driving his truck to the rocket launch with the countdown, and the rocket launching into space. This is one of the most artistic transitions I've ever seen. It makes the film feel larger than life.
I also enjoyed the opening shot:

Nice. Finally figured the headphones, thanks. There was a storm outside and I actually thought we could listen to it, because the theatre I was in didn't have enough isolation.
