I haven't seen it yet, so I can't speak to any "silliness." I just think that some of the critics seem to be saying that some of the big ideas in the movie may be "silly." I can't speak to this though.

It's at 74.5%. Perhaps it needs to actually be 75% or higher? One more positive would do that (and the positive review from Ebert's website has not yet been posted to RT).

Edit: well there is the 39th fresh which brings it to exactly 75%. Let's see what happens and if it gets certified as fresh...
