Not on Kindle in the US - I got it from Amazon UK. Seems to have also been added to Google Play too.

Yes and this IS Nolan's final draft of the screenplay before shooting. Taken directly from the published book version, like TDKR (albeit less work since I used the eBook)

In the script that antovolk released,
Romilly succeeds in activating KIPP, who says "Please, don't make--" and immediately explodes.
Would've been a neat Easter-egg-within-an-Easter-egg if Kip Thorne had said those lines. :lol:
