Dark Knight Rises Spoilers Ending:(Brief description)
Batman takes off Banes mask and staggers him allowing Batman to save Gotham by destroying Banes "Earthquake Machine" and in the explosion it is thought that Batman and Bane die.

-(John Blake and other policeman lead charge creating diversion beforehand - Also Talia in mini Battle with Catwoman is defeated leading to her arrest)

Last 5min: (Hans Zimmer score playing through similar to Dark Knight ending sequence)

At a memorial funeral Commissioner Gorden in speech (Harvey Dents second funeral-after it was revealed by Bane that he was killed all those people) talks about redemption and rebuilding a new Gotham and also unveils Batman-Harvey Dent statuette/memorial plaque to commemorate their sacrifices.

Meanwhile it is hinted that Bruce Wayne has survived by showing quick flashes of him leaving the memorial and of him going underground in hiding. (Alfred is dead from stroke earlier in the film) leaving Joseph Gorden Levitt Character, John Blake (not real name because he was adopted having parents from the carnival - a hint possible to being Grayson but never explicitly mentioned) ,to take up the role of the new Batman (Having discovered the Batcave earlier)- (he also adopts Aramis Knight charactor (name never reaveled) -John Blake used to be sort of like big brother to him in orphanage).

Final shot of Joseph Gorden Levitt as Batman on top of tower looking down of the city of Gotham in new dawn.

The Alfred
stroke
thing kinda actually makes sense, because he'd be stressed out about Bruce.

I'm gonna call BS on this one. It's the user's first post on the forums and he/she doesn't have a source. And I'm also sick of all these people wanting Gordon-Levitt to be more than just a rookie cop. To replace Batman? Oh please
