Yes, that seems to be the case. It's pretty much confirmed given it was labelled on a Batman action figure, as well as the rumours surrounding
Bane's doomsday device.
That second piece of technology is still a bit up in the air, though.

That looks awesome.

Hopefully Batman will actually use his throwing knives as, you know...throwing knives. And not for breaking windows.

it has bane with a huge swinging, mace-like weapon and a different looking batman. not sure if relevant to the movie, but thought i'd post it in here...
