WB didn't announce anything, but that doesn't necessarily mean it isn't happening.

The President of DC Production came out and said that the Superman thing was only a rumor (it's still true) but didn't say a word on Batman 3 at all.

It makes sense though. I mean Marvel is on some kind of binge right now, after the success of recent films, they are doing all these Avengers/Iron Man/X-Men and auxilary hero movies.
