No, they didn't. It was included as part of the blu ray release of BEGINS. I was wondering if someone could pm me a high quality version of the prologue please. I've seen it many times but the version I have has about 1/4 of the bottom of the screen missing. Makes it extremely annoying to watch. So much so I wont even watch the link a few pages back because of the way the quality scrutiny from other posters.
