Is anyone else kind of weirded out that the "Batwing" actually flies that high? I mean, I was hoping it would remain as a hovercraft type vehicle.

I guess The Dark Knight rises. :modesty:

I just assumed it would hover. I'm more surprised then anything.

LMFAO! at this picture! WTF?! IT will NOT have blades!!!! HAHAHAHAHAH! The whole point of the technology at Wayne Enterprises is that it is so sophisticated, that it is about 20 - 30 years ahead of its time. That's what makes Batman's gadgets so fantastic and alien-like. Nobody else has this stuff. To put blades on the bottom like some kind of helicopter would defeat the whole purpose of the technology being cutting edge. This thing will not have chopper blades. Trust me.

It looks like it's modeled after the flying cars in Blade Runner. Why the hell would it have helicopter blades?

Didn't realise that until now. I see what you mean, Nolan's always influenced by that film I think.

Not yet. They're filming at the studios. Bale and Nolan were spotted yesterday at the Sony Studio.
