To be honest...
None of this recent stuff really surprises me.

Talia always seemed like the obvious thing. We just wanted to think it wasn't because it seemed so obvious, but we all knew that was the most likely case.

And Fox dying potentially isn't shocking. Nolan killed off Rachel in TDK, he's going to kill more in TDKR. Fox to me always seemed like a sure one to die cause he's the easiest one to kill off. Now, if Gordon or Alfred or Bruce dies...that would be considered shocking.
