Knowing Zimmer, he's probably looking to surpass Inception's score with something bigger... way bigger...

There weren't even that many Brrrms in INCEPTION. lol.

No, the brrrrms existed before trailer 3. It could have been Zimmer's brrrms on the teaser. Or it could've been the idea of a sound designer. It's all rather unclear.

I'd be very surprised if JNH doesn't return. James is pretty much the author of all of the music centering around Bruce Wayne. It would be a tragedy if he didn't return to find a way to evolve and resolve those themes.

I have some acquaintances who work under Hans and James. Though I imagine if I asked them about things they'd be reluctant to disclose them - if they even knew anything; which is doubtful.

I can't wait to hear the score for TDKR. It'd be great if JNH came back, too, but either way the score will be fantastic.

Personally I hope the soundtrack is more like BB, why?... well, I just adore those ethnic flute sounds for Ra's Al ghul, but would love to see those dark cello scores... really looking forward to it.

It would be a tragedy if JNH didn't return. The "Harvey Two-Face" track of the album is my favourite and supposedly JNH composed it with zimmer just adding a few beats. And I liked TDK's score much more than Inception's. So i think JNH has to return.

I wonder if we'll hear something similar to 2+ minutes into Like a Dog Chasing Cars: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8-XarUUxM0

Having listened to the score before seeing The Dark Knight I was a little disappointed that heroic cue (along with more of the Harvey Two Face track) never quite found its way into the film, but it does seem more like something the third film might have.

Hopefully not bigger in a bombastic sense. I think Zimmer's scores are effective when they are a little quieter or feel more intimate (Old Souls, Time, and the version of Mombassa playing in the Hotel layer).
