The title is simply not creative. Like "Begins" but I believe it's not what Nolan wanted. WB wanted it for commercial purposes.

Batman Begins is at least easy and fluid to pronounce or promote. The Dark Knight Rises certainly isn't
i like it alot. however,if the title had anything "gotham" in it, it would have been great.
