I'm pretty sure the content is the same and the only difference is the cover. If that's the case, the Cowl Cover blows the plain Bat symbol cover out of the water IMO.

He can't get a Blu-ray player or download Blu-ray rips because he lives in Serbia. It is a known fact that people in Serbia only have access to cam-rips. He's considered one of the lucky ones to be able to have the DVD in Serbia.

Do you remember the rumor from Nuke The Fridge about the director's cut of Rises?
It said the DC would come out just before Man Of Steel in June....
Now Warner is telling us that an Ultimate Edition is coming out in 2013......

I think it's interesting... Warner might have denied it to avoid a drop in the sales of the December edition....

What I'll probably do is buy the theatrical in December, and then buy the Ultimate Edition DVD (if there is one) and give my other copy (and if the Ultimate Edition comes with BB and TDK) or copies to my friend who doesn't have any of them.
