I thought now that it's over it may be worth discussing what scenes blew you away
Here is mine... Today..
10 the dark knight ending "the silent guardian, watchful protector, the dark knight"

3 introduction to the joker " no, I kill the bus driver"
2 introduction to bane " perhaps he's wondering why someone would shoot a man, before throwing him out of a plane?"
1 Alfred in a cafe. When that music hits I get serious shivers. Superb.

This is going to take some thought, but I know my top 2 have to be the interrogation scene, and my first is probably the epic and unforgettable cliffhanger. Both from TDK, of course.

4. TDKR - first fight scene
3. TDK - interrogation scene
This scene really symbolizes the core of the Joker's fascination with Batman and Batman's frustration with the Joker. Incredible writing and acting.
2. TDK - SWAT chase scene
The overall rhythm of this chase is very well crafted. Music is used only where it matters and the sound design is perfect.
1. TDKR - prologue
Probably the best action scene I've ever seen in a film. Editing, directing, and camera work are all spot on. The music is also perfectly timed. This was the first scene I had seen in real IMAX and it was as thrilling as riding a roller coaster.
