My Inception reference was:

A key character wanting to see the face(s) of someone, but never being able to. Then at the end seeing the fact, and that giving satisfaction.

In Inception it's Cobb with his kids, with TDKR it's Alfred with Bruce.

Anyone catch the Star Wars reference?
Near the beginning in the underground hideout, when Bane kills one of his men by lifting him up by the neck. It had to be an homage to darth vader.
