Hans Zimmer horror story.

TL/DR: Zimmer fired mid-level employees for trying to do their job when they tried to explain their process or expressed any lack of knowledge whatsoever. My friend got promoted in a ridiculously arbitrary manner simply because he was able to avoid getting fired.

I know this was posted like a year ago, but you should really take any anecdotes about Hans, positive or negative, with a large grain of salt. A cube of salt. You'll seldom hear an unbiased take on the man and his world. There's always a narrative being pushed.
