This isn't reality! It's just a dream.
At the 1:26:47 mark, you can very briefly see someone at the far right of the screen trying to get into the elevator with Eames and Saito. I didn't notice it until my 40th viewing or so when I had the volume higher than usual and I heard him say "Uh, wait."

I thought that was Eames. He didn't want Saito to feel him up.

I didn't realize before that Eames played with a poker chip while they were planning things in the warehouse.
