The postdoc in the lab is from Paris. His name is Corentin. He's given up on trying to tell people (not from our lab) how to pronounce it. :lol:

In your review you said you didn't see oscars in the future for the cast, but that there wasn't a week link. Do you think the film has a chance at various ensemble awards?

Possibly, but it's not a very Oscar-friendly movie outside of visual effects and that is a VERY GOOD THING. It's challenging and completely different from most Oscar films.

Penelope Cruz won the Oscar for best supporting actress in Vicky Cristina Barcelona. She seriously did nothing special and was only in half the movie. If she can win, Marion to me should have a real good shot at it this year. To me, she stole every scene she was in.
