Actually I like Mark Wahlberg, it’d be down to see that. I think something like Patriots Day shows he can be great in a serious role
What actors do you wish Nolan would work with in the future?

Checking back in, he's gotten to two of them (Jason and RPatz) and has the other two confirmed for his next film along with Robert. You were 10 years early......OpenBook wrote: ↑November 18th, 2014, 7:34 amMads Mikkelsen

I could see Paul either in a less action centric lead role or a supporting role. Not that he was really bad in Gladiator 2 but that specific part wasn't the right one for him I don't think, but Nolan did really like that movie so I'm sure he's probably thinking of him for a part in the future.
That’s what got me thinking about him, Nolan said it was his favorite film of the year so it’s an obvious pick for him to go after Paul for a role, and I’d definitely love to see that happenWaitedalongtime wrote: ↑February 3rd, 2025, 6:12 pmI could see Paul either in a less action centric lead role or a supporting role. Was also indirect foreshadowing for him to do something like The Odyssey in the first place, he knew he was going to do this around the time he probably saw Gladiator II. Not to mention, he loved Aftersun which had Paul in too. So Paul potentially being in a Nolan film is on the cards.KEM wrote: ↑February 4th, 2025, 2:08 pmThat’s what got me thinking about him, Nolan said it was his favorite film of the year so it’s an obvious pick for him to go after Paul for a role, and I’d definitely love to see that happenWaitedalongtime wrote: ↑February 3rd, 2025, 6:12 pmI could see Paul either in a less action centric lead role or a supporting role.
