No way, lol. Nolan isn't even 50 yet. He's got like 15 more movies left in him.

Why do we think this tweet relates to Nolan anyway? Because it's from an actor he hasn't worked with in 14 years?

Are they actually still friends?

As upsetting as that would be, there is a certain epicness in Nolan never making another movie again. Like Dunkirk could be an insanely high level and fulfilling swan song. But yes, that's highly doubtful.£

God forbid a tragedy struck and he couldn’t anymore, Dunkirk would be a a high water mark imo. No way on earth he stops making movies though while he’s healthy and able. I hope he makes another 10 movies at least.

That first date is possible if we get news very soon and the script is done (which it very well could be). If not, it looks like it could be a summer 2021 release.
