Two categories, one of which you might find hard off the top of your head.

1) Best cinematography in a Nolan film - for me, it'd be either The Prestige or Inception.

2) Favourite camera shot in each film:

Inception: The ariel shot of the Mombasa chase scene.
The Dark Knight: The shot of the truck flipping over.
The Prestige: Angier bowing while under the stage.
Batman Begins: The claustrophobic shot of the narrows taken from one of the balconies before the scene when Batman sees that child on the balcony.
Insomnia: The shot of Al Pacino and the other cops running across the bridge towards the house before the fog scene.
Memento: Hardest one for me. I love the overall effect of the cinematography in the film, but there isn't a particular one that stands out.
Following: Same as above.

Pfister didn't do the cinematography for Following.

I like Memento's cinematography the most. Something about it...I can't put my finger on it but I just love it.

God damn, I forgot he didn't do it!

I agree, Memento is my favourite cinematography. It's just the lighting and colour scheme of it that gives it such a unique feeling.

Memento: The several exterior shots of The Discount Inn and the black and white over head shots in the motel room.

Insomnia: The fog chase and the opening sequence.

Batman Begins: When Batman is set alight by The Scarecrow, and he jumps out of the window. And probably all of the shots of Wayne Manor.

The Prestige: All of it. :D

The Dark Knight: The truck flip and the aerial shots in the prologue.

Inception: The aerial shot of Mombasa and the hallway fight sequence. Pretty much the whole of Inception.

The Prestige had the best production design but Memento had the best cinematography
