Should Christopher Nolan have cameos in his own films?

I was thinking, since some directors like making cameos in their own films (Alfred Hitchcock, Peter Jackson, Martin Scorsese, etc.), do you think Nolan should have his 15 seconds of acting fame?

Directors who do this generally have huge egos so no Nolan shouldn't do it and he won't.

I don't think he's entirely ignorant, just a bit misinformed.

Alright. Shame he did not say so himself. Think if everyone jumped to conclusions as fast as he did, being slightly mis-informed and all.

I do not see the problem, I am not knocking them it is just a bit of an ego thing for the director to cameo and Chris seems pretty egoless.

Peter Jackson loves to do it (quite known for it now), and to me he has never ever come off as someone with a big ego, on the contrary just someone who loves what he does.
